Germany faces a structural shortage of qualified opticians. SuperVista Academy bridges that gap by training experienced international professionals to the standards required by the German optical market — then placing them directly into roles across our store network and partner ecosystem.
The Academy is operated in partnership with SuperVista AG and combines technical upskilling, language preparation, regulatory recognition and full relocation support into a single program.
